With a key competency in building, managing teams and large-scaled programs, Marc has been able to scale multiple businesses from start-up to over 8 figures. With a focus on emerging and critical industries, Marc has expanded businesses in sectors that has primarily required wholesale logistics, nationwide implementation, specialized equipment, and advanced manufacturing, serving as consultant and officer to numerous public and private companies. Throughout his tenure in the capital markets, he has been responsible for raising over $50 million. Marc has deep industry relationships with capital markets executives and investors from around the world.

• Mr. Torres brings experience in corporate management services to both private and public companies. Mr. Torres currently sits on the board and acts in a corporate secretarial role of multiple publicly traded companies. Mr. Torres' experience with a variety of companies has provided him the valuable ability in improving and managing company corporate accounts.

CFO and Director.

• Mr. Field-Dyte has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, having served from 1996 to 2001 as an investment adviser and later as a consultant to Raytec Development Corp. He currently sits on the board of directors for numerous TSX Venture Exchange and CSE-listed companies in the metals and mining industry.

David Jenkins

• Mr. Jenkins is a Vancouver real estate professional, having consistently garnered top agent awards within in industry. Dave is a member of the prestigious Medallion Club, the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s definitive ranking of the region’s top real estate agents. Mr. Jenkins specializes in luxury properties and commercial real estate.

David Greenway

Director

• Mr. Greenway brings more than two decades of experience in managing, financing and developing growth strategies for various TSX Venture Exchange- and Canadian Securities Exchange-listed companies, including involvement in acquisitions, business valuations and investor relations. His key expertise lies in the management and development of junior public resource companies, especially in the mining and oil and gas sectors. He has held directorships, senior management and business development positions, including his role as the chief executive officer of Stamper Oil & Gas Corp., Veritas Pharma Inc., Chief Consolidated Gold Mines, SNS Silver Corp., Moneta Resources Inc. and Sterling Mining Company, and his board position in Mountain View Conservation Centre. Mr. Greenway attended University in Bournemouth, England, where he studied accounting and finance.
